​OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading Occupational Health Provider, in a Full-Time Permanent role. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to be home-based however, you would need to be able to attend the Client site near Paisley once per month.

The Role:

This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to provide a first-class full remit Occupational Health Service, as part of a multi-disciplinary OH Team. Your duties will include:

  • Case Management Referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH Advice

  • Fitness for Work Medical and Health Surveillance, evaluating the results to ensure the correct advice is given in relation to fitness.

Required Skills:

To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be:

  • An NMC Registered Nurse

  • Ideally Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health

  • Previously experienced in Occupational Health with experience of both Case Management and Health Surveillance.

  • Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of best practices and their practical application.

  • An excellent communicator with skills, in both verbal and written communication, including proficiency in report writing.

  • Possess excellent IT Literacy and record-keeping skills

  • Able to attend the client site once per month.
