Job Summary
The Occupational Health Advisor plays a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the health and wellbeing of employees within the corporate health team. This position involves assessing workplace environments, conducting health assessments, and providing expert advice on occupational health matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of health regulations and be committed to minimising sickness absence and ensuring safety in the workplace
Duties
Conduct comprehensive health assessments for employees, identifying potential health risks related to their work environment.
Provide expert advice on occupational health issues, including fitness for work evaluations and return-to-work plans.
Develop and implement health promotion initiatives aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing.
Clinical audits and case escalation.
Maintain accurate records of health assessments, reports, and recommendations in compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Health surveillance.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health or a related field are essential.
Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices within the workplace.
Proficiency in report writing, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
Excellent IT skills
Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
