OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join a leading Occupational Health provider in this permanent position working 3 days per week.
The Role:
Lead, train, and motivate a clinical team to deliver exceptional care.
Ensure compliance with the HP Clinical Governance framework.
Conduct competency reviews, audits, and annual/probation meetings.
Adhere to company processes, Health & Safety legislation, and accreditations like SEQOHS.
Manage data to produce MI reports, KPIs, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Use data insights to enhance services, promote health surveillance, and strengthen customer relationships.
Oversee all clinical aspects of contract renewals, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure a smooth process and secure customer retention.
Required Skills:
To be the successful candidate for this role, you'll be:
An NMC Registered Nurse
Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health
Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of best practices and their practical application.
Proven experience working in a leadership post
Experience in data management and analysis
A holder of a full clean driving licence with own vehicle able to travel to customer site
