​​OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join a leading Occupational Health provider in this permanent position working 3 days per week.

The Role:

• Lead, train, and motivate a clinical team to deliver exceptional care.

• Ensure compliance with the HP Clinical Governance framework.

• Conduct competency reviews, audits, and annual/probation meetings.

• Adhere to company processes, Health & Safety legislation, and accreditations like SEQOHS.

• Manage data to produce MI reports, KPIs, and customer satisfaction surveys.

• Use data insights to enhance services, promote health surveillance, and strengthen customer relationships.

• Oversee all clinical aspects of contract renewals, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure a smooth process and secure customer retention.

Required Skills:
To be the successful candidate for this role, you'll be:

• An NMC Registered Nurse

• Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health

• Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of best practices and their practical application.

• Proven experience working in a leadership post

• Experience in data management and analysis

• A holder of a full clean driving licence with own vehicle able to travel to customer site
