​OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join an In-House team, in a Full-Time Permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you working between two sites, Swindon and Reading which is a 25 minute train journey which will be paid for by our client.

The Role:

• Case Management

• Health Surveillance

• Fitness for Work Medicals

• Risk Assessments

• Health Promotion and Well-being

​

Required Skills:

To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be:

• An NMC Registered Nurse

• Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health

• Previously experienced in Occupational Health with experience of both Case Management and Health Surveillance.

• Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of best practices and their practical application.

• An excellent communicator with skills, in both verbal and written communication, including proficiency in report writing.

• Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team, with an innovative and results-orientated positive outlook.

Salary & Benefits:
