Are you a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Health Advisor looking for a rewarding opportunity? Join our client and their dynamic in-house team on a full-time permanent basis in Carmarthenshire.
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental and physical health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert Occupational Health services, including case management for attendance and fitness, health screening and surveillance.
Identify and report health-related trends, undertake health promotions and advise on employee health matters.
Attend meetings and liaise with managers to support services in achieving sickness absence targets.
Maintain NMC registration and adhere to professional guidelines for continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to continuous professional development
Salary & Benefits:
£40,000 - £49,000 per annum
