​OH Medical is currently seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to join our in-house, market-leading client located in Aylesford. This is a part-time, permanent role working 3 days per week between Monday – Friday with the working hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm.

This full remit role will involve occasional travel to 3 local satellite locations, where you will conduct around a 50/50 health surveillance and management referral split. The breakdown of the remit includes:

• Audiometry & Spirometry

• Skin Surveillance

• HAVs

• Fork Lift Truck Medicals

• HGV Driver Medicals

• Drug & Alcohol Testing.

• Management Referrals

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) is essential for this.

• OH qualification (Diploma or Degree) is desirable, but candidates with a strong background in Occupational Health.

• A qualification in HAVS would be desirable.

• Experience in work areas such as management referrals, health assessments and surveillance, individual case management and workplace assessment.

• Have the flexibility to travel to other sites within the Group on a regular basis.

The Salary for this role is up to £45,000 per annum pro rata, depending upon experience and qualifications, and will include the following benefits:
