Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a global in house organisation based in Bristol.
Salary circa £52k + company bonus, fantastic pension scheme, great progression and development
Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees
- Case management
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement health promotion initiatives
- Health surveillance
- Maintain accurate health records and produce detailed reports
- Advise on occupational health regulations and best practices
Skills and qualifications:
- Experienced in Occupational Health - pre placement assessments, health surveillance, case management, lifestyle screening, triage and responding to queries
- NMC RN part 1, RN part 3 – SCPHN (OH) registered
- Good written and oral interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
