OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading Occupational Health Provider, in a Part-Time Permanent role. This exciting site-based opportunity offers 3 days per week (between Monday - Thursday) with onsite days at a Client site near Reading and the potential to become a hybrid post following your training period.
The Role:
This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a multidisciplinary team of OHPs, Technicians, Emergency response team, Physiotherapists and Mental Health Practitioners to provide a full remit Occupational Health Service operating to high clinical standards. Your duties will include:
Management referrals
Supporting with Health Surveillance & interpreting results
New Entrants Medicals.
Required Skills:
To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be:
An NMC Registered Nurse
Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health
Minimum 2 years experience in Occupational Health
Prior experience in Occupational Health Case Management, Health Surveillance including Pre-employment screening.
Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of best practices and their practical application.
An excellent communicator with skills, in both verbal and written communication, including proficiency in report writing.
Possess excellent IT Literacy and record-keeping skills
A holder of a full clean driving licence with your own vehicle able to travel to the customer site
