OH Medical is currently seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to undertake a Part-Time (30 hours / 4 days) Permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a hybrid post with 2 days on the client site in Farringdon and 2 days working from home as part of a first-class Occupational Health Team for a leading Occupational Health Provider.
The Role:
This is the perfect opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join the established team this leading Occupational Health Provider in the delivery of an Occupational Health Service in a corporate setting. As the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate your duties will consist of:
Complex Case Management including initial assessment
Delivery of comprehensive reports with any adjustments and recommendations.
Face-to-face and remote consultations
Case Reviews
Required Skills:
To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate you will be:
NMC Registered Nurse
Qualified to Degree/diploma Level in Occupational Health
Have previous experience and knowledge of working in an Occupational Health setting delivering Case Management
Be able to work autonomously and within a team framework
IT literacy; proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Teams
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and work flexibly and to strict deadlines
Understanding the importance of strict confidentiality of all record and treating all employees with respect, dignity and privacy
Ability to travel to client site where required on a weekly basis.
