​Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor located in Belfast? If the answer is yes, then we would love to discuss a fantastic opportunity that has arisen for an OH Advisor to join our client and their in-house OH team. The role is based at their site located in Belfast working 2 days per week which are flexible.

As the Occupational Health Advisor, you will work with the wider OH team to help deliver the Occupational Health service. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting risk-related health surveillance and health screening medicals.

  • Handling Case Management referrals.

  • Advising on workplace safety and minimising health risks.

  • Supporting accident investigations and implementing preventative measures.

  • Collaborating on health promotion initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and reduce absenteeism.

  • Encouraging participation in health and wellbeing programs to prevent long-term health issues.

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

  • Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health with experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.

  • Competency in health surveillance/screening and clinical assessments.

  • Ability to identify site-specific occupational health needs and trends.

  • Strong time management and teamwork skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
