​OH, Medical is currently seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join an expanding peripatetic team in a Full-time permanent role. This exciting opportunity will have you predominantly based in Glasglow with occasional travel throughout the UK.

The Role:

Joining a leading Occupational Health Provider as an Occupational Health Technician to provide first-class health surveillance and screening service in multiple client locations. As an Occupational Health Technician, you are provided with a Mobile Medical Unit, to undertake clinics for health surveillance and screening. Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary OH team your duties will include:

  • Health Surveillance including; audio, spiro, vision, drug and alcohol testing, urinalysis and baseline measurements.

  • Health and Wellbeing Promotion

  • Maintenance and calibration of clinical equipment

  • Updating all OH records

  • Support multi-disciplinary OH team in their duties

Required skills-​

  • Previous experience as an OHT or also considered experience in one of the following backgrounds:

    • EMT

    • Military Medic

    • Health Care Assistance (Hospital, not Nursing Home)

    • Graduate from Sports Science Degrees.

  • Strong IT Literacy

  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with time management skills to meet deadlines.

  • Understanding of GDPR.

  • Demonstrate effective and strong communication.
