OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a forward-thinking Occupational Health Provider, in a Part-Time (3 days per week) Permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a hybrid post and will see you spending 2 days per week on the Client site in Oxford with 1 day per week working from home.
The Role:
This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to work autonomously, maintaining positive relationships with HR and the Health and Safety team to help shape the Occupational Health Service. From managing cases and conducting health surveillance and handling MI reports, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care. Your duties will include:
Health Surveillance – Spirometry, Skin Assessments, and FLT Medicals
Complex Case Management including a Mental Health Caseload – Just 4 Cases Per Day!
Sickness Absence Management
Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessment and Questionnaires
Health & Wellbeing Promotion
Required Skills:
To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be:
An NMC Registered Nurse
Ideally qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health
Previously experienced in an Occupational Health Department with experience in both Case Management and Health Surveillance.
Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of best practices and their practical application.
An excellent communicator with skills, in both verbal and written communication, including proficiency in report writing.
Possess excellent IT Literacy and record-keeping skills
