OH Medical is currently seeking Remote Case Managers for a leading Occupational Health Provider in a Full or Part-Time (min 3 days per week) Permanent role. This exciting opportunity will see you working in Remotely as part of a home-based Occupational Health Team.
The Role:
Joining an established multi-disciplinary team as a Remote Case Manager, you will provide excellent Occupational Health Advice to a range of clients delivering a first-class Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.
Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence-based written reports.
Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH
Required Skills:
NMC registered Nurse (Dual RN/RMN qualification highly desirable)
Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health is highly desirable
Excellent Case Management Skills with meticulous written skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess strong IT Literacy
Capable of using own initiative, enthusiastic, motivated and able to work effectively individually and as part of a team
Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
Negotiation and motivational skills, ability to accept and deliver constructive feedback
Experience of delivering advanced ergonomic advice would be advantageous
Salary & Benefits:
