​​OH Medical is currently seeking Remote Case Managers for a leading Occupational Health Provider in a Full-time, permanent position.

The Role:

Joining an established multi-disciplinary team as a Remote Case Manager, you will provide excellent Occupational Health Advice to a range of clients delivering a first-class Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work, and other requests for OH advice.

• Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence-based written reports. 

• Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH 

• Offer case coaching for line managers and referrers to manage employee attendance and submit quality referrals.

• Process Pre-Placement Questionnaires (PPQs).

• Support the triage function of the Business Unit

Required Skills:

• NMC registered Nurse (Dual RN/RMN qualification highly desirable) 

• Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health is highly desirable 

• Excellent Case Management Skills with meticulous written skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Capable of using own initiative, enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work effectively individually and as part of a team

• Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
