​OH Medical is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. 

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive occupational health services. This hybrid position primarily covers the the Cambridgeshire area, with travel required for clinics and on-site appointments, occasionally including the odd overnight stay.

Role & Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day activities will involve attending various clinics and on-site appointments as scheduled by the OH Schedulers. This role encompasses a wide range of OH services including:

  • Remote case management

  • Fit-to-work assessments

  • Health surveillance

  • Health promotion initiatives

  • Vaccination programs

  • Wellbeing services

  • Training services

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Current Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification

  • Recognised Occupational Health qualification.

  • Part 3 is desireable, bot not essential.

  • HAV’s Tier 3 qualification (or willingness to undergo training).

  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and resilient approach.

  • Strong communication skills at all levels.

  • Motivation to excel in a challenging environment.

  • Proficiency in using computers with good keyboard skills.
