​OH Medical is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. This hybrid will see you working from home 3 days per week and 2 days per week in the Newport area.

Role & Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Health Advisor, your day-to-day will involve various duties including:

• Remote case management (max 5 cases per day)

• Fit-to-work assessments

• Health surveillance

• Health promotion initiatives

• Wellbeing services

Skills/Experience Required:

• Current Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.

• Strong experience within the Occupational Health sector.

• Ability to work independently with a proactive and resilient approach.

• Strong communication skills at all levels.

• Motivation to excel in a challenging environment.

• Proficiency in using computers with good keyboard skills.

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 - £47,000 per annum
