We're seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join our client and their Workplace Health team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in fields such as Sports & Exercise Science, Sports Therapy, or those with relevant experience in Occupational Health. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct health assessments and surveillance programs for various clients, including screening tests (e.g., Spirometry, Audiometry), Safety Critical Medicals, and Health MOT checks.
Maintain health screening equipment, record medical data accurately, and ensure secure storage of records and equipment.
Drive mobile health screening units as needed and adhere to strict protocols and procedures.
Conduct evening and night assessments when required.
Observe clients in their workplace to understand job demands.

Person Specification:
Experience in Occupational Health or related roles, or relevant degree (e.g., Sports & Exercise Science, Sports Rehabilitation, Sports Therapy)
Full manual driving licence and willingness to travel
Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
Ability to work independently and build effective relationships
Flexibility to manage varying workloads and contribute to company development
