We're seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join our client and their Workplace Health team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in fields such as Sports & Exercise Science, Sports Therapy, or those with relevant experience in Occupational Health. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct health assessments and surveillance programs for various clients, including screening tests (e.g., Spirometry, Audiometry), Safety Critical Medicals, and Health MOT checks.

  • Maintain health screening equipment, record medical data accurately, and ensure secure storage of records and equipment.

  • Drive mobile health screening units as needed and adhere to strict protocols and procedures.

  • Conduct evening and night assessments when required.

  • Observe clients in their workplace to understand job demands.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in Occupational Health or related roles, or relevant degree (e.g., Sports & Exercise Science, Sports Rehabilitation, Sports Therapy)

  • Full manual driving licence and willingness to travel

  • Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills

  • Ability to work independently and build effective relationships

  • Flexibility to manage varying workloads and contribute to company development
